We built our replacement lamps for Amsler blowers and Husky HyPET systems to stop that from happening. Getting the heat where it actually matters Most standard lamps just aren’t intense enough for those high-cycle Husky lines. They hit the surface and stop. We did things differently. By tweaking the tungsten filament density and using a cleaner quartz envelope, we shifted the infrared spectrum. The result? The energy actually pushes deep into the center of the PET. You can crank up the speed of your cycles without worrying that the core is still freezing. The nitty-gritty on fit and install These are simple drop-in replacements. We made sure they match the exact footprint of the original Amsler hardware, so they just slide right into your existing sockets. No hacking, no modifying, no stress. We also used high-grade quartz. Why? Because when you’re pushing this much heat in a high-speed environment, cheap glass warps. These don’t. But a quick heads-up: these lamps push power density to the limit. That massive heat flux is great for the bottle, but it’s tough on your electrical contacts.**Do yourself a favor and check your sockets for carbon buildup or pitting before you wire these in.**A loose connection at this wattage will fry your terminal in no time. A few things to keep in mind Here’s the deal: more penetration power means you have to be a bit more careful. If your oven zoning isn’t dialed in, you might accidentally overheat the neck ring. You’ll probably need to spend a little time recalibrating your lamp timing and airflow to balance out the extra heat. This isn’t a “set it and forget it” part—it’s a precision tool. But once you get that thermal profile locked in, your scrap rates will drop and your bottle distribution will finally look the way it should.
