A quick reality check
Our lamps mirror the original heating curve, but there’s a catch. Infrared is picky. If your reflector is pitted or oxidized, it doesn’t matter how good the lamp is—you’ll never hit your target temperature. Do yourself a favor: clean your mirrors while you’re swapping the lamps. It ensures all that wattage actually hits the PET. One last thing. Running these lamps at full tilt puts more pressure on your cooling blowers. Just double-check that your airflow is clear. It’s a simple step, but it keeps the lamp ends from burning out too early.
